Order Process

Product Selection

Select your desired product from the product categories, using the various sorting options, or via the product search. By clicking the "Add to Cart" button, the selected product is saved in the shopping cart without obligation. You can now select additional products and add them to the shopping cart.

Ordering the Selected Products

Step 1: Shopping Cart

When you have completed your selection, please click on the "Shopping Cart" button at the right end of the toolbar. The contents of your shopping cart will then be displayed without obligation. You can increase or decrease the quantity of products by clicking on the arrows. To remove one or more products from the shopping cart, click on the "Trash" icon.

If you want to continue the ordering process, please click on "Next step" or choose "PayPal Express" as your payment method here. If you choose "PayPal Express", you will be redirected to the website of our partner "PayPal". There you can log into your existing account and enter the payment details. You will then be redirected directly to step 4 in our ordering process by PayPal.

Step 2: Shipping

We ship our goods with Deutsche Post and DHL. The shipping costs depend on the selected products, the product quantity, the payment method and the destination country.

In the Figuya online shop, you are free to create a customer account that allows you to order in the future without having to re-enter your address details, or to order as a guest without a customer account.

Please note that by creating a customer account, you give us your consent - which can be revoked free of charge at any time for the future - to store the data you have provided. For more information on data protection, please see the "Privacy Policy" menu item.

If you are already registered as a customer, please click on "Login" and enter your email address and password. If you want to order as a guest, we need your billing and shipping details to process your order. Enter the necessary data in the provided form without obligation. Mandatory fields are marked with *.

Step 3: Payment

Here you can select your payment method. You can choose between "PayPal", "Bank Transfer", "Cash Payment" and "Cash on Delivery". If you choose "PayPal", you will be redirected to the website of our partner "PayPal". There you can log into your existing account and enter the payment details.

You can change your payment method selection in step 4 "Submit" of the ordering process afterwards. Please click on "Next step" to continue the ordering process.

Step 4: Submit Order

To avoid errors, the data you entered will be displayed again without obligation. You can make changes to steps 2 or 3 by clicking the "Change shipping address" or "Change payment method" button.

Please read our Terms and Conditions carefully. Confirm by checking the box in the provided field that you have read and accept them. Please also confirm that you have read our customer information and the information about the right of withdrawal.

When you have checked all boxes and everything is correct, submit your offer to conclude a contract by clicking the "Submit paid order" button.

What Happens Next?

Immediately after receiving your order, you will receive a non-binding order confirmation by email. This will include all your order details, our Terms and Conditions, the cancellation policy, our bank details and the legally required information.
