Reservations

We offer a large portion of our products for pre-order in advance. However, if you don't want to pay for your pre-order immediately, but just want to show your interest in the figure without commitment for now, we offer you the option to reserve products with us.

To do this, simply click on "Reserve" under the product thumbnail or on the product detail page and confirm the terms and conditions. Please note that a customer account is required for this. Only one copy of the same item can be reserved per customer account, and no binding purchase contract is created at the time of reservation.

Should a product become unavailable, we will inform you immediately. As soon as a figure becomes available, you will receive an email from us and have 14 days to convert your reservation into an order through your customer account. Only when the reservation is converted and the actual order process is completed does a binding purchase contract arise between you and Figuya GmbH.

However, if you realize that you are no longer interested in the figure, you can cancel your reservation at any time in your customer account by providing a reason. Please cancel your reservations before they are in stock and please don't let the 14 days expire without comment. Should we notice too many cancellations in your customer account, we reserve the right to restrict this feature for you.

Our Waitlist

As a small addition to the reservation, we also offer you a waitlist. This works exclusively for items that are no longer available due to too many reservations/pre-orders (order stop) or for already completely sold-out items.

Should someone cancel their pre-order or reservation, the waitlist gives you the chance to place a pre-order yourself within 3 days. The same applies to sold-out items that receive a reprint or have been restocked.
